Financial Planner – Echuca, Victoria

About the Role
An established accounting and advisory practice in Echuca are seeking an experienced and motivated Financial Planner to join a collaborative, client-focused team.
This is a genuine advice role within a well-run, multidisciplinary firm offering accounting, tax, wealth management and IT expertise under one roof. Financial planning is well supported and highly valued within the broader business.
As part of this role, you will:
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and create financial strategies that help them achieve long-term financial confidence and wellbeing — from superannuation and retirement planning to investment and risk management.
- Develop and present tailored financial plans and advice solutions
- Provide ongoing advice and review plans to adapt to evolving client needs
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Collaborate with senior planners to extend best-practice advice and grow your professional
skillset
What We’re Looking For
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Financial Planning or equivalent
- FASEA compliance (or working towards it) and relevant licensing
- Proven financial planning experience (advice, client meetings, portfolio guidance)
- Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Client-centred focus with integrity and professionalism
- Previous experience in advice or financial services highly regarded but enthusiastic
professionals looking to grow are also encouraged to apply
